‘The title of the exhibition refers to Protagoras' saying: 'Man is the measure of all things.' According to Plato's interpretation, there is no single truth and everything is subject to personal interpretation.

The saying of Protagoras, interpreted from a contemporary angle, places man at the center, and echoes the anthropocentric approach, which sees man as the purpose of the universe and allows him to control nature.

The sculpture deals with the ongoing process of the accelerated development that causes the violation of the natural environment. The sculpture confronts us with the results of environmental destruction and at the same time reminds us of the vitality of nature and its power to regenerate.

From the cracked concrete column, naked branches without foliage burst forth, their vitality is not distinct. There is uncertainty as to whether the branches disintegrated the concrete or the concrete hit the branches. The existing conflict between man-made and nature is not resolved. Understanding the relationship of forces is up to the observer's interpretation.
